16" 300 Hz QHD+ Gaming Laptop

The Thunderobot Radiant 16S pairs an AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card. A 16.0 inch WQXGA panel runs at 2560 x 1600 resolution and a 300 Hz refresh rate. It ships with 32GB DDR5 memory, a 2TB PCIe SSD and Windows 11 Home.

Competitive gamers needing 300 Hz motion clarity

This machine targets players who want every frame rendered at the panel's native 300 Hz. Content creators who prioritise colour-critical work over extreme refresh rates, or buyers who only need 60 Hz productivity, should evaluate alternatives.

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU

The discrete RTX 5060 is the component that determines whether this system meets your performance target. Verify the GPU matches the workload you plan to run before purchase.

Questions about this item

Does the 16-inch 300 Hz panel need any special setting to hit its full refresh rate?

Yes — enable GPU direct output in the graphics control panel so the dedicated RTX 5060 drives the display without passing through the integrated graphics.

Can the 32 GB of DDR5 be expanded later and what is the ceiling?

The board has two slots and supports up to 64 GB total, so you can add another 32 GB module when needed.

Which video-out ports are wired to the discrete GPU for an external high-refresh monitor?

The HDMI port and both USB-C ports connect to the RTX 5060, letting you run an external display at the card’s full capability.
