18-inch QHD+ 240 Hz gaming laptop

The Thunderobot Zero 18 Pro pairs an 18.0-inch WQXGA panel running at 2560 x 1600 and 240 Hz with an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor and a GeForce RTX 5070Ti laptop GPU. 32 GB of DDR5 memory and a 1 TB PCIe SSD provide capacity for modern titles and multitasking. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This configuration suits gamers and creators who want a large high-refresh display, 24-core CPU performance and RTX-class graphics in a single chassis. Buyers who need a smaller footprint, lower weight or longer unplugged runtime should consider alternative form factors. The 7.71 lb build and 270 W cooling target mean mains power is expected for sustained loads.

The specification that decides fit

The 18.0-inch 240 Hz QHD+ display is the defining attribute; it sets the physical size, the visual workflow and the cooling envelope that the 270 W thermal solution is built to support. If the panel size or refresh rate does not match the intended use, the rest of the specification will not compensate.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the Thunderobot Zero 18 Pro and do I need to buy memory or storage separately?

The laptop ships with 32 GB DDR5 RAM and a 1 TB PCIe SSD already installed. Windows 11 Home is pre-loaded. The chassis has two memory slots supporting up to 64 GB and room for a second M.2 drive, so extra RAM or storage is optional, not required.

The spec sheet mentions memory up to 64 GB and storage up to 4 TB — which version should I choose for gaming and creative work?

The configured unit includes 32 GB DDR5 and a 1 TB PCIe SSD. That capacity handles modern titles and content-creation workloads comfortably. If you run large virtual machines or keep many AAA games installed simultaneously, the two-slot design lets you add another 32 GB module and a second M.2 drive later.

What does the 240 Hz refresh rate on the 18-inch 2560 x 1600 panel mean for actual gameplay?

The 240 Hz panel can display up to 240 frames per second, so motion stays sharp in fast-paced shooters when the RTX 5070Ti pushes high frame rates. At 2560 x 1600 resolution you also get a 2.5 K canvas for detail-heavy work, and the 16:10 aspect adds vertical space for timelines or code.
