TIE-FAST Stainless Steel Knot Tyer

The TIE-FAST Knot Tyer is a single-piece stainless steel tool designed to tie secure nail knots in seconds. It simplifies the process of connecting leader to fly line or backing for bowfishing and other angling applications. The one-piece construction eliminates loose parts and ensures durability in wet environments. Full written and video instructions are included with each tool.

Anglers who need quick nail knots

This tool suits fly fishers and bowfishing enthusiasts who regularly tie nail-knot connections and want a fast, reliable method without complex wrapping techniques. It is not intended for anglers who primarily use blood knots, surgeon's knots or loop-to-loop connections for their rigs. Buyers looking for a multi-function plier with crimping jaws or split-ring openers should consider a dedicated fishing plier instead.

Check line compatibility before ordering

Verify that your leader and main line diameters fall within the range the nail knot design can accommodate, as the tool does not adjust for extremely fine or heavy materials. Ensure you have a suitable flat surface or hand space to operate the tool smoothly while on the water. Confirm that stainless steel construction meets your corrosion-resistance expectations for the specific water conditions you fish.
