Compact shoulder bag for light kits

The Domke F-6 Olive is a scaled-down shoulder bag designed for photographers who want a discreet, low-profile carry option. It fits one or two SLR cameras with or without motor drives, plus three to four lenses, a flash unit, film and small accessories. The olive canvas exterior keeps the bag inconspicuous in street or travel settings.

Main compartment capacity and limits

The main compartment measures 12 inches long, 6 inches wide and 7 inches deep, providing enough room for a pro SLR, two to three lenses and accessories. Nine compartments and pockets include two full-length zippered pockets for organisation. The bag runs out of space when you need to carry a larger kit or multiple camera bodies with bulky grips attached.

Included insert and strap benefits

A padded four-compartment short insert ships with the bag, letting you customise the interior layout for different lens combinations. The adjustable non-slip Gripper Strap stays in place on the shoulder during active use. YKK zippers and steel snap hooks secure the closure, while the machine-washable canvas allows easy cleaning after field work.

Questions about this item

Will the 12-inch main compartment fit my older SLR with a motor drive attached?

The main compartment measures 12 inches long by 6 inches wide by 7 inches deep and is designed to hold one or two cameras with or without motor drives, so an older SLR with a drive should fit.

How can I check the adjustable non-slip Gripper Strap is set correctly after I put the bag on?

The strap should sit flat on your shoulder without sliding; if it stays in place while you walk and the bag does not shift, the length is set correctly.

Does the box include the padded four-compartment short insert or do I need to order it separately?

The bag ships with one padded four-compartment short insert included; additional inserts are sold separately if you need more.
