Precision monitoring for indoor spaces

The TIMETEK DM9442 measures temperature from 14°F to 122°F with ±0.5°F accuracy and humidity from 0% to 99% RH with ±5% precision. A 3.2-inch round LCD refreshes every 30 seconds and shows a rolling 24-hour high and low history for both readings. The green brushed stainless frame suits living rooms, nurseries, offices or wine cellars.

Upgrade from basic analog dials

This unit replaces single-function thermometers or hygrometers that lack memory and comfort indicators. The jump is worth it when you need simultaneous temperature and humidity tracking, a visual Dry/Comfort/Wet gauge and a true rolling 24-hour record instead of a midnight reset. It also adds Celsius/Fahrenheit switching and a wall-mount option.

Standalone operation limits

The monitor runs on two AAA batteries (not included) with alkaline chemistry and requires no Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or app pairing. Data stays on the device and cannot be exported, logged remotely or integrated with smart-home systems. Battery life varies with usage and the 30-second refresh interval is fixed.
