Industrial Flange Bearing

This Timken VCJT flange bearing is a new, collectible power-transmission component with a 1-1/2 inch cylindrical bore. It suits hobbyists or maintenance crews who want a genuine Timken spare for display or light-duty replacement work.

3 680 RPM Fixed Housing

The alloy-steel radial ball insert runs at up to 3 680 RPM and is double-sealed with NLGI #2 equivalent grease. Operating range spans -65 to 200 degrees F, so the unit handles cold starts and moderate heat but will reach its thermal limit in sustained high-temperature environments.

Cast Iron Rhombus Upgrade

The two-bolt cast iron rhombus housing replaces worn stamped-steel or plastic flanges on conveyors, fans or agricultural equipment. The jump is worthwhile when the original mount has elongated bolt holes or the insert shows corrosion, because the fixed expansion type eliminates axial play that adjustable units cannot control.

Questions about this item

Will the 1-1/2 inch bore fit the shaft I already use on my older equipment?

The bearing has a 1-1/2 inch cylindrical bore, so it matches any shaft of that exact diameter you are keeping.

How can I confirm the GRA108RRB insert is running correctly once mounted?

Verify the shaft turns smoothly without binding, listen for quiet operation up to 3,680 RPM, and check that the double seals stay seated and leak-free.

Does the box include mounting bolts for the two-bolt flange or must I source them separately?

The unit comes with the GRA108RRB insert pre-installed in the cast-iron rhombus housing; mounting bolts for the two holes are not included.
