12.1″ detachable keyboard case for 2024 tablets

The Timoom case fits a 12.1 inch 2024 tablet and adds a detachable English-layout Bluetooth keyboard plus a rechargeable mouse. The cover converts the tablet into a laptop-style device for typing, reading, streaming and drawing. It works across iOS, Android and Windows with a simple shortcut. The tablet itself is not included.

Thermals noise and power draw

The keyboard and mouse each run on an internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery charged via the supplied USB cords. No active cooling is present, so operation is silent. Power draw is limited to the low-energy Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz wireless links used by the peripherals.

Replaces a separate keyboard and mouse

This bundle replaces carrying a standalone keyboard and mouse when you want a compact, all-in-one setup for the supported 12.1 inch tablet. The jump is worth it if you need quick OS switching and a protective stand cover in one package. Buyers who need a case for a different screen size or a non-English layout should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the detachable keyboard to the 12.1 inch tablet case and what step is often missed?

The keyboard pairs via Bluetooth after you turn it on; the step people miss is pressing the correct Fn plus Q, W or E shortcut to match the tablet's operating system before typing.

What maintenance will the rechargeable keyboard and mouse need over time?

Both units have built-in lithium-ion batteries that you recharge with the supplied USB cords; no user-replaceable cells are involved.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the 2.4G wireless mouse?

The mouse runs on its internal rechargeable battery, so continuous use is limited by battery capacity between charges.
