Product Identity

TINGLEY 31261 is a men's knee-high rubber boot in black, sized at 13 with a medium width. It features a composite safety toe and a cleated sole pattern for traction. The 16-inch height provides lower-leg coverage and the construction is waterproof.

Suitability

Workers needing non-metallic toe protection and waterproof knee boots for wet or muddy conditions will find this model appropriate. Buyers who require insulated footwear for cold environments should look elsewhere, as these boots are uninsulated. Those needing metatarsal guards above the toe area must select a different style.

Decisive Specification

The composite toe meets safety-toe requirements without conducting heat or cold like steel alternatives. This non-metallic construction also avoids triggering metal detectors in secure facilities. California Proposition 65 warnings apply for cancer and reproductive harm risks.

Size 13 follows standard US men's sizing; the boot is a medium width (M) so it fits an average-width foot at that length.

How much leg coverage does the 16 in height give?

The 16 in shaft reaches mid-calf on most wearers, keeping splashes and debris well below the knee.

What protection does the composite toe provide?

The composite toe meets safety-toe impact and compression standards without conducting heat or cold like steel.
