Iron Eagle Rain Jacket M

The Tingley Iron Eagle J22208 is a green rain jacket in size medium designed for workers who need basic wet-weather protection. It uses a nylon and polyurethane shell with a snap front and storm flap to keep rain out while allowing easy on and off.

Thermals noise and power

The uninsulated construction with an included lining makes this jacket suitable for mild to cool temperatures without adding bulk. No hood is included so heat loss through the head is not addressed by the garment itself and users must layer separately for colder conditions.

Maximum chest 42 in

The jacket fits a maximum chest measurement of 42 inches and has a hip length of 30 inches. Buyers who need a larger chest size or a longer cut for full coverage will need a different garment.

Questions about this item

How do I put on the J22208 rain jacket and what step do people often miss?

Fasten the snaps completely under the storm flap; the flap only sheds water when every snap is closed.

What upkeep will this nylon/polyurethane jacket need over time?

Rinse with cold water after each use, hang to dry away from heat, and avoid fabric softeners that degrade the polyurethane coating.

At what chest measurement does the medium size stop fitting?

The jacket is cut for a maximum 42 in chest; beyond that the snap closure will not overlap the storm flap.
