High-Visibility Rain Jacket

The TINGLEY J24172 Icon Rain Jacket is a Class 3, Type P garment designed for workers who must remain conspicuous in low-light or wet conditions. Its hi-viz yellow-green colour and U-pattern back stripes meet visibility requirements for roadside, utility and construction crews.

Seven Outside Pockets and Packable Hood

The jacket offers seven external pockets and one internal pocket for tools, devices or paperwork. A 32-inch hip-length cut covers the torso while a packable hood stows inside the collar when not needed. The removable liner adds flexibility but the garment is not insulated for cold conditions.

Polyester Shell with Zipper Storm Flap

A polyester shell and zipper front with storm flap shed rain while allowing layering underneath. The unisex 3XL sizing fits a range of body types. Buyers needing a heavier insulated coat or a longer parka-length shell will need a different garment.

Questions about this item

Will the 32 in hip-length cut restrict movement when I wear it over a tool belt?

The jacket ends at the hip so it clears most tool belts, and the packable hood stores in the collar without adding bulk.

How can I confirm the Class 3 Type P visibility is still effective after a few washes?

The hi-viz yellow/green polyester with U-pattern back stripes meets the standard when new; inspect the reflective tape after laundering for fading or peeling.

Does the package include the removable insulated liner, or do I need to order it separately?

The removable liner is included in the box along with the jacket and packable hood; no extra purchase is required.
