PVC rainsuit for wet-weather work
The TINGLEY S63219 is a two-piece PVC rainsuit in orange, size S, designed for workers who need basic water and wind resistance. A 0.35 mil shell and polyester lining keep rain off while the attached hood rolls into the corduroy collar when not needed.
Attached hood and snap closure change daily use
The hood stays with the jacket so it cannot be lost, and rolls away into the lined collar for comfort. Snap fly closure on the bib overalls allows quick on and off over boots, and the 29 in jacket length adds coverage without restricting movement.
Material thickness limits protection level
At 0.35 mil the PVC is light enough for intermittent showers but not for sustained heavy downpours or abrasive environments. The suit carries a California Proposition 65 warning for chemicals known to cause cancer and reproductive harm, and it is not ANSI rated or high-visibility certified.

Questions about this item
How often should the PVC material be inspected for cracks or wear?
Inspect the 0.35 mil PVC before each use; replace the suit if the material shows splits, pinholes or loss of flexibility.
What fails first when the suit is worn continuously in wet conditions?
The snap closures and seams take the most stress; water ingress usually appears there before the PVC itself degrades.
Does the polyester lining make the suit hot during all-day wear?
The full corduroy-lined collar and polyester lining trap body heat, so expect warmth buildup during extended activity.
