Its non-porous finish resists stains, odours and bacterial growth. A matching rolling pin and non-slip mat are included for immediate dough work and stable placement.

1.5 mm Lip-Edged Build

At 0.06 inch thick the sheet resists bending under heavy chopping while the right-angled lip locks the board flush to the countertop at a 90° angle. The brushed finish wipes clean with a cloth and the supplier notes dishwasher compatibility although care instructions specify hand wash only.

Steel Surface Trade-Offs
