Plug-and-play USB microphone for voice work

The TC-777 connects through a USB 2.0 port and works on Windows, macOS, PS4 and PS5 without extra drivers. It is recognised by Zoom, Skype and Discord straight away. The package includes a 1.5 m cable, a foldable tripod, a mini shock mount and a pop filter. Xbox users cannot use this microphone.

Setup and common issues

Assembly is minimal: unfold the tripod, attach the shock mount and pop filter, then plug the USB cable in. The microphone and pop filter angles both adjust through 180 degrees for positioning. The one-click mute button and volume knob sit on the body for quick access. A loose USB connection or an incorrect input selection in software are the typical reasons for no sound.

Sustained recording behaviour

The cardioid pattern keeps sensitivity at -38 decibels focused on the front, reducing room noise during long sessions. The shock mount isolates the capsule from desk vibrations that build up over time. The pop filter stops plosive air bursts from distorting the signal across extended takes. The 0.52 kg weight keeps the stand stable without clamping.

Questions about this item

How can I tell the TC-777 is working right after plugging it in?

The microphone is recognised instantly by Windows, macOS, PS4 or PS5 and appears in Zoom, Skype or Discord without installing drivers; speak into the front and watch the input meter respond while background noise stays low.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The package includes the TC-777 microphone with a 1.9 m USB cable, a foldable tripod stand, a mini shock mount, a pop filter and a manual; no extra accessories are required for basic operation.

Which version of the TC-777 should I choose for my setup?

Only one version exists — model TC 777, part number TNTN120099DU — with a cardioid polar pattern, -38 dB sensitivity and USB 2.0 connectivity, so there are no alternative capacities or configurations to compare.
