Scale and purpose

This 1/18 scale resin model replicates the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 #24 Hendrick Motorsports Test Car in a matt black finish with graphics. It is an officially licensed collectible aimed at adult hobby enthusiasts who value true-to-scale detail. The model arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging.

Fixed specification

The body is cast in resin and has no opening doors, hood or boot, so the detailed interior and exterior remain permanently sealed. Real rubber tyres complete the chassis, but the construction prevents any access to the cabin or engine bay.

Display context

At approximately 10.5 inches long, 4.375 inches wide and 3 inches high, the piece fits on a standard display shelf without special mounting hardware. Because it is a sealed resin unit, it requires no assembly or maintenance beyond occasional dusting, freeing the collector from moving‑part upkeep.

Questions about this item

How much shelf space does the 1/18 scale model actually need?

The resin model measures approximately 10.5 inches long, 4.375 inches wide and 3 inches high, so allow at least that footprint plus a small clearance.

What does the officially licensed status cover for this collectible?

It confirms Chevrolet and Hendrick Motorsports approval for the #24 ZL1 test-car livery, matt black finish and graphics.

Can the model be displayed on a standard acrylic case or does it need special mounting?

The sealed resin body has no openings or mounting points; it sits freely on its real rubber tyres, so any flat surface or case base works.
