A 300W 1U server power supply with PFC, -5V rail, sliding 20/24-pin and 4/8-pin connectors, dual 40mm fans and OVP/OCP/SCP protection
This 300W 1U server power supply replaces the TURBO-COOL 300 1U-PFC T30U-HY1 unit. It fits the same 100 x 40 x 200mm footprint and uses matching 20/24 pin and 4/8 pin main sliding connectors. The swap is worth it when the original unit fails or when a spare is needed for identical chassis.
The forward circuitry design delivers 300W maximum power and includes a -5V rail for legacy server boards. OVP, OCP and SCP protection cover all outputs. The grey iron case houses two 40mm fans driven by thermally controlled Silent Control Technology. Low ripple and noise keep power stable for industrial PCs.
Two 40mm fans spin only as fast as internal temperature demands, so acoustic output stays low during typical loads. Under sustained load the fans ramp up to maintain safe component temperatures without sudden speed jumps. The sliding main connectors ease installation in tight 1U bays.

The unit fits a standard 1U rack slot 100 mm wide, 40 mm high and 200 mm deep; ensure the chassis rail depth allows the full 200 mm length and that the rear I/O cut-out matches the sliding connector panel.
Slide each connector block onto the motherboard header until the latch clicks; the step often missed is confirming both the 24-pin and the 8-pin CPU power latches are fully seated before powering on.
Clean the fan grilles with compressed air when dust builds up; if a fan develops bearing noise or stops spinning under load, replace the 40 mm unit to restore the thermally controlled cooling curve.
