The Topping L30 II is a linear headphone amplifier built for desktop audio. It targets listeners who want measurable transparency with difficult headphone loads. The unit accepts RCA line-level input and provides a 6.35 mm headphone output plus RCA preamp output. A 3.5 mm adaptor is included for portable headphones.

RCA-only analogue chain limits connectivity

The amplifier offers one stereo RCA input and one stereo RCA line output. No digital inputs, balanced connections or wireless links are present. Gain is selectable in three steps labelled L, M and H. Power comes from an external 15 VAC 1 A adapter at 50 Hz or 60 Hz via a 5.5 mm × 2.5 mm DC barrel jack.
