Upgrades standard-capacity TN830 supplies

The high-capacity design yields approximately 13000 pages compared with the standard 3000 pages at 5 percent coverage on A4 or letter paper. The jump is worth it when print volumes are high enough that frequent cartridge changes interrupt workflow. A power cycle clears the occasional chip serial-number error codes 445 or 446 that may appear on first installation. Offices that print only a few hundred pages per month will not recover the cost difference.

13000-page headroom for mono laser workloads

At ISO/IEC 5 percent coverage the cartridge comfortably handles extended runs of letters, invoices and reports without intervention. Heavy graphics or dense text coverage will reduce the practical yield below the rated figure. The toner powder, OPC drum, magnetic roller, charge roller and blade are selected for consistent density across the life of the cartridge. Storage between 10 and 30 degrees Celsius at 20 to 80 percent relative humidity preserves the 12-month shelf life.
