Suited for letter-size organisation

Professionals who carry letter-format documents up to 8.50 by 11 inches will find the two large pockets hold up to 80 sheets per folder. Buyers needing ring binders, expanding files or recycled-content folders should look at other ranges.

Capacity and headroom

Each portfolio accepts a 0.50 inch stack of paper, giving enough room for standard proposals or handouts. The 11.9 inch depth accommodates full letter sheets without folding, while the four-pack quantity covers multiple projects or team members.

Questions about this item

What size paper must I already have for these portfolios to work?

They are built for 8.50" x 11" letter sheets, so you need standard letter-size paper.

Will my existing 0.50" capacity binders sit flat alongside these 11.9" deep folders?

The folders measure 11.9" deep and 9" wide, matching typical letter binder depth for a flush shelf fit.

How can I confirm the gold foil embossing and die-cut card holder are intact after opening the pack?

Inspect each of the four black linen covers for the gold monogram foil and the front die-cut slot before loading any sheets.
