Bi-Weekly Time Cards — 500-Pack

These TOPS 1275 cards come in a 500-count box and use a two-sided, bi-weekly layout. They are made from 143 lb. tag stock and replace the CH-107-2 form. Each card provides rows for time in, time out, regular hours, extra hours, deductions and gross and net pay per week. The seven-day period can start on any day.

Compatible Clocks & Limitations

The cards work with Acroprint 125R, 150R, ES700, ES900, ESP180, 175TR; Amano PIX, TCX series; Lathem 900E, 1200, 1500E, 2000, 4000 and 5000EP machines that register 23 hours in 10ths or 100ths. Buyers needing weekly, monthly or custom-period cards should look elsewhere. Offices using digital or cloud-based time systems without a physical punch clock cannot use these forms.
