Clear Front Report Cover for Classroom Storage

The TOPS 55801 clear front report cover uses a three-prong fastener to hold letter-size sheets measuring 8.5 by 11 inches. Each cover offers a .5 inch capacity and comes in a light blue finish. A box contains 25 units for classroom or office distribution.

Tang Clip Limits Sheet Volume and Edge Access

The tang clip mechanism binds pages along the spine so the .5 inch capacity cannot be exceeded without stressing the fastener. Pages must be punched to match the three-prong spacing before insertion. The clear front allows title visibility but does not protect sheet edges from handling wear.

Questions about this item

What does the .5 inch capacity mean for how many sheets I can store?

The .5 inch spine holds roughly one hundred sheets of standard letter paper, so a single cover can keep a typical report or project together without bulging.

Should I choose the 25-count box or look for a smaller pack?

The 25-count box suits classrooms or offices that hand out covers regularly; if you only need a few for personal use, check whether a smaller pack is available.
