100-Pack Time Cards for Weekly Payroll

The Tops Products 12603 pack contains one hundred manila cards sized 8.25 x 3.37 inches. Each card is printed with a front-side form in green ink and a back-side form in red ink. The layout includes named weekday rows plus a dedicated overtime column. Heavy-weight stock resists tearing during daily handling.

No Power or Cooling Requirements

These cards operate without electricity, fans or thermal management. They add zero watts to a facility’s power draw and produce no audible noise. Storage at normal office temperature and humidity keeps the stock flat and legible. No assembly or installation is needed before first use.

Pre-Printed Layout Replaces Custom Forms

The two-colour printed grid removes the need for separate overtime sheets or hand-drawn tables. Green ink on the front and red ink on the back give immediate visual separation between regular and extra hours. Recycled content is zero percent, so the cards are made from virgin fibre. The pack arrives ready to issue to employees.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the TOPS 12603 time cards in a clock rack?

No assembly is required; simply load the 8.25 x 3.37 inch manila cards into the rack. The common mistake is inserting them upside down, which hides the green-ink front form and red-ink back form.

When will I need to replace the 100-pack of TOPS 12603 cards?

Replace the pack once all 100 heavyweight manila cards have been used for daily punches; there are no ribbons, batteries or other consumables to maintain.

What limits how many entries I can record on a single TOPS 12603 card?

Each card provides only the printed green-ink front form and red-ink back form for entries; once those rows are filled the card is full and a new one must be used.
