Genuine replacement lamp module with 150W UHP bulb and housing delivers 2,000 hours of projection life for Toshiba TLP-470 projectors
The Toshiba TLP-470 is a 150W UHP replacement lamp module supplied with a new bulb and housing assembled together. It fits Toshiba projectors that use the TLP-470 designation and is ready for immediate installation by the owner.
Because the bulb comes pre-fitted into its housing, you do not need to handle a bare lamp or re-use the old cage. This reduces the risk of contaminating the quartz envelope and shortens the time the projector spends offline during a lamp swap.
The 2000-hour rating applies when the projector runs in its standard operating mode; eco or low-power settings may extend usable time while high-brightness modes will shorten it. Actual hours depend on how often the unit is started, the ambient temperature and whether the air filters are kept clean.

The lamp is rated for 2,000 hours of use, so replacement timing depends on how many hours you run it each day.
The 2,000-hour rated life is the primary limit; brightness and colour stability will gradually decline as you approach that figure.
The lamp draws 150 watts, so it contributes that amount of heat and power load whenever the projector is running.
