A 165 W UHP replacement lamp module with housing, rated 2000 hours normal or 3000 hours economy mode
The Toshiba TLP-T60 lamp ships as a complete 165W UHP bulb inside its housing, so it fits the projector without extra assembly. It is built for owners of compatible Toshiba projectors who need a direct replacement that restores original brightness.
In normal mode the lamp runs at 165W for up to 2,000 hours before replacement is due. Switching to economy mode lowers power draw and extends the rated life to 3,000 hours while reducing fan noise and heat in the room.
This module swaps in for the factory lamp when image brightness has faded or the projector signals end of life. It is not suited for users who need a higher-wattage upgrade or a different form factor for another projector brand.

Power off and unplug the projector, let it cool fully, remove the lamp cover, slide out the old module, insert the new TLP-T60 housing until it clicks, replace the cover, then reset the lamp timer in the menu — skipping the timer reset makes the projector think the old lamp is still fitted.
The UHP 165W bulb is rated for 2000 hours in normal mode or 3000 hours in economy mode; when brightness drops or the replacement indicator appears, the whole module must be swapped — no user-serviceable parts inside.
The 165W UHP bulb generates significant heat; the projector’s thermal protection will shut the unit down if ventilation is restricted or filters are clogged, so sustained use is limited by cooling airflow rather than the lamp itself.
