Mounting headphones without damage

The TotalMount Gaming Headset Hanger uses removable adhesive strips to attach to walls, desks or PC cases. No screws or permanent glue are required, so surfaces stay intact when the hanger is removed. The extra-large cradle fits all gaming headsets, over-ear and on-ear headphones. A soft silicone holder protects the headband from scratches.

Thermals noise and power draw

This hanger has no electronic components, so it produces no heat, no noise and draws no power. The adhesive bond relies on pressure during installation rather than any energy source. Operation is completely passive and silent in normal use.

Behaviour under sustained load

The adhesive is designed for long-term holding strength once cured. The extra-large cradle distributes the weight of heavy headsets across a broad contact area. Silicone padding maintains grip without degrading the headband material over extended periods. The mount remains secure for the life of the adhesive bond.

Questions about this item

How do I install the hanger and what step do people often miss?

Peel the removable adhesive backing, press the hanger firmly onto a clean wall, desk, or PC case, and wait before hanging your headset so the bond sets properly.

What maintenance or replacement will the adhesive strips need later?

The removable adhesive is designed for one-time mounting; if you reposition the hanger, replace the strips with fresh adhesive to maintain a secure hold.

What limit appears first under sustained use with a heavy headset?

The adhesive bond is the first limit; exceeding the weight of typical gaming headsets can cause the mount to detach over time.
