Quilted Polyester Safety Jacket
The Tough Duck S43211 is a men's black quilted jacket built to ANSI 107-2015 Type O Class 1 visibility standards. It uses 230 ton polyester fabric with insulation rated for cold conditions. A zipper front closure, rib-knit collar and knit cuffs help seal out wind. Two outside pockets provide accessible storage for small tools or personal items.
Replaces Non-Rated Outerwear
Workers currently wearing standard jackets that lack high-visibility certification can step up to this garment for compliance on low-risk job sites. The jump is worth it when daytime tasks require ANSI Class 1 conspicuity and cold-weather insulation in a single layer. It is not suited for environments that mandate Class 2 or Class 3 coverage or for nighttime traffic exposure.
Chest Range 38 To 40 Inches
Size L fits chests from 38 to 40 inches, giving enough room for light mid-layers without restricting movement. The quilted insulation handles cool to cold temperatures comfortably. In extreme cold or high-wind conditions the single-layer construction will reach its thermal limit, and a heavier parka or shell layer becomes necessary.
