Oversized beach towel

This oversized beach towel measures 35 by 60 inches and is made from 100% ring spun cotton with a triple sheared velour finish. The generous dimensions provide ample coverage for lounging or drying off after a swim. Its soft texture feels comfortable against the skin. The pure cotton construction ensures high absorbency.

Ideal for beach and pool use

It suits anyone wanting a large, soft cotton towel for the beach, pool, or bath. The velour surface also works well for embroidery or custom printing projects. Buyers needing a compact, lightweight travel towel should look elsewhere. Those preferring a standard bath sheet size may find this towel too bulky.

Dimensions and fabric capacity

At 35 by 60 inches the towel offers plenty of surface area for one adult to lie down comfortably. The 100% cotton terry velour absorbs a significant amount of water in a single use. It runs out of dry surface if shared by multiple people without drying time. The single layer construction limits warmth in cool wind.

Questions about this item

What size washing machine drum do I need for a 35 by 60 inch towel?

A standard domestic drum of 7 kg or larger handles a 35 by 60 inch cotton towel without overcrowding.

Can I tumble-dry this 100% ring-spun cotton towel with older synthetic bath sheets?

Dry the cotton towel separately on low heat; synthetics dry faster and can over-dry the ring-spun fibres.

How do I confirm the triple-sheared velour finish is intact after the first wash?

The surface should feel uniformly smooth with no loose loops or pile reversal when brushed by hand.
