Extra-Wide Bath Towel

This oversized towel measures 35 by 60 inches, giving one adult plenty of room to wrap up or lie down. The 100 percent ring-spun cotton construction feels soft against skin and holds up to daily use at home, the pool or the beach. Its triple-sheared velour finish adds a smooth surface that resists snagging on rough surfaces.

Velour Surface Constraints

The velour face is created by shearing the terry loops, so the plush side absorbs less water than the looped reverse. Sand and fine debris cling to the cut pile and must be shaken out before washing. High-heat drying can flatten the velour further, reducing the soft hand-feel over time.

Capacity And Drying Headroom

At 35 by 60 inches the towel covers a standard lounger or serves two children side by side. A single adult stays fully wrapped after a shower, but two adults will find overlap limited. The dense cotton retains moisture longer than lightweight travel towels, so allow extra air-drying time in humid conditions.

Questions about this item

Which size should I pick if I want the full 35 by 60 inch coverage?

The towel is supplied in a single 35 x 60 inch format, so that one size delivers the complete oversized area described.

How does the triple-sheared velour finish feel against skin?

The triple shearing creates a smooth, low-pile velour surface on one side while the reverse remains absorbent terry, giving a soft hand and quick moisture take-up.

What does the 100 percent ring-spun cotton construction mean for daily use?

Ring-spun yarns are tighter and stronger than open-end yarns, so the towel resists pilling, holds colour well and stays plush through repeated machine washes.
