Print-Ready Label Dimensions

Each label measures 4" x 5" on standard 8.5" x 11" letter-size sheets, giving 30 sheets and 120 labels per pack. The matte white paper surface works with both laser and inkjet printers without smudging. Templates in PDF, PNG and Word formats are available for download.

Capacity and Headroom

A single pack supplies 120 labels, enough for medium-volume mailing, filing or craft projects before reordering. The self-adhesive backing bonds reliably to cardboard, plastic, paper and most flat surfaces, yet the matte finish still accepts pen, pencil or marker for handwritten additions. Once the 30 sheets are used, a new pack is required.

Interface and Template Compatibility

The sheets feed through any desktop laser or inkjet printer that accepts letter-size paper, so no special hardware is needed. Downloadable templates align automatically to the 4" x 5" layout, removing manual margin setup. Printers that cannot handle 8.5" x 11" media or that require proprietary label formats will not work with this product.

Questions about this item

Will the 8.5" x 11" sheets feed through my older laser printer without jamming?

The label sheets use the standard 8.5" x 11" size that matches common letter-format trays, so they feed through most laser and inkjet printers that accept plain paper of that dimension.

How can I verify the matte finish is preventing smudges after I print a test sheet?

Print a sample label, let the ink dry for a few seconds, then rub the surface with a fingertip; the matte coating should show no smear or ink transfer.

Do the 30 sheets include any templates or do I need to download them separately?

The pack contains 30 sheets with 120 labels; templates in PDF, PNG and Word formats are downloaded from the TownStix website rather than included in the box.
