Tri-band Wi-Fi 7 PCIe adapter reaching 5760 Mbps on 6 GHz with Bluetooth 5.4 and magnetised antenna base
The TP-Link Archer TBE550E is a PCI Express wireless adapter that brings Wi-Fi 7 tri-band connectivity to a desktop PC. It operates across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands with maximum PHY rates of 688 Mbps, 2880 Mbps and 5760 Mbps respectively. The card also integrates Bluetooth 5.4 and includes a magnetised antenna base with two high-performance antennas, a low-profile bracket and a resource USB driver drive. Windows 11 64-bit is the only supported operating system.
This adapter suits owners of a compatible Wi-Fi 7 router who want to add 6 GHz capability and Multi-Link Operation to an existing tower without replacing the motherboard. The magnetised base allows flexible antenna placement for better reception. Buyers running Windows 10, Linux or macOS cannot use this card because the supplied drivers only support Windows 11 64-bit. Systems without a free PCIe slot or without a Wi-Fi 7 router will not benefit from the headline features.
The single specification that decides compatibility is the operating-system requirement: only Windows 11 64-bit is supported. If the target PC runs any other OS the adapter will not function, regardless of available PCIe slots or router capabilities.

The 6 GHz band reaches up to 5760 Mbps with Wi-Fi 7, the 5 GHz band up to 2880 Mbps, and the 2.4 GHz band up to 688 Mbps.
BE9300 sums the peak rates of all three bands — 5760 Mbps on 6 GHz, 2880 Mbps on 5 GHz, and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz — but a single connection uses one band at a time unless Multi-Link Operation combines them.
The adapter installs in a standard PCI Express slot; the slot’s generation and lane count in your motherboard will determine the practical ceiling for combined 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz traffic.
