TP-Link Deco W7200 Mesh System

The TP-Link Deco W7200 is a tri-band Wi-Fi 6 mesh router system sold as a 2-pack. It delivers combined wireless speeds up to 3,600 Mbps across one 2.4 GHz and two 5 GHz bands. Two units work together to provide seamless whole-home coverage up to 5,500 sq ft under a single network name. The system supports up to 150 connected devices simultaneously and includes TP-Link HomeShield security features.

Ideal for Large Homes with Many Devices

This system suits households that need consistent coverage across large floor plans and want to connect many devices without slowdowns. It is a good fit for 4K HDR streaming, online gaming, video conferencing and smart home ecosystems. Buyers who only need to cover a small apartment or who require advanced enterprise-grade management features should look at something else.

Simple App-Based Setup

Installation is handled through the TP-Link Deco app, which provides clear visual guidance for placing units and configuring the network. Most users complete setup in minutes without technical knowledge. What usually goes wrong is poor node placement — units spaced too far apart or blocked by dense walls can weaken the wireless backhaul and reduce speeds.
