4-Inch Thermal Transfer Desktop Printer

The Tradernoors Gk420t is a new monochrome label printer built for office environments. It connects to a PC through USB and Ethernet ports and accepts media rolls with a 1-inch core, up to 5 inches in diameter and 4.25 inches wide. The unit weighs 8.82 pounds and draws 70 watts during operation.

USB and Ethernet Connectivity Limits

Data transfer relies on the host PC and network infrastructure rather than the printer itself. The USB link is suited to direct local printing while the Ethernet port allows shared access across a wired LAN. Neither interface adds wireless or Bluetooth capability, so mobile or remote printing requires additional network hardware not included with this device.

203 DPI Resolution and 5 In/Sec Speed

At 203 dots per inch the printer produces clear address, shipping, barcode and file-folder labels at a maximum rate of 5 inches per second. Thermal transfer mode needs a ribbon for durable output, while direct thermal mode runs ribbon-free on compatible media. Very high-volume or colour-label workloads exceed the design intent of this monochrome desktop unit.
