Trailer Master ST PRO+ 235/85R16

This highway terrain tyre is built for special trailer service. The reinforced internal structure and durable compound maintain shape under heavy loads. All-season tread design with wide circumferential grooves disperses water and slush to resist hydroplaning. It carries a load index of 133/128 and speed rating L for up to 75 mph.

For trailers needing high load capacity

Suitable for single or dual axle trailer fitments requiring load range H and 16 ply rating. Not intended for light truck mounting or passenger vehicle use. Buyers needing a lower ply rating or different rim diameter should select another model. The 31.7 inch overall diameter must match the trailer's specifications.

Straightforward tyre installation

Mount on a 16 inch rim with 235 mm section width and 85 aspect ratio. Professional fitting is recommended to ensure correct bead seating and balance. Common issues include mismatched load range or incorrect inflation pressure for the 133/128 load index. Rim is not included with the tyre purchase.

Questions about this item

What rim diameter must my trailer wheels have for the 235/85R16 size?

The tire requires a 16 inch rim diameter to match the 235/85R16 specification.

Can I keep my existing trailer wheels if they are rated for a lower load range than H?

The tire carries a load range H (16 ply) with dual load indexes 133/128, so wheels must meet or exceed that rating.

How do I confirm the tire is performing correctly after installation?

Check that inflation pressure matches the load range H requirement and verify even wear across the 12/32 inch tread depth.
