Switching is handled by front-panel push buttons or the included wired remote controller. The unit ships with built-in cables, two USB 3.0 cables, a USB power cable and a user manual.

The switch measures 14.33in W x 12.83in H x 9.06in D and carries an IP20 rating. Each computer must connect with one HDMI cable, one DisplayPort cable and one USB cable to enable dual-screen operation. Docking stations and adapter cables are not supported. Four USB 3.0 ports deliver up to 5Gbps data transfer and are backward compatible with USB 2.0, 1.1 and 1.0, though HDDs and SSDs cannot be used.

4K@60Hz dual-display support

The KVM supports resolutions up to 4K@60Hz and is backward compatible with 4K@30Hz and 1080P@60Hz. It works with HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2/1.4 and 3D content. To achieve 4K@60Hz output, the computer, cables and monitors must all support that rate, and cable length should stay under 9.8ft. The switch offers mirror mode (AAA) and extended modes (ABB and ABC).
