This new TRENDnet SW201ABG lets two computers share one HDMI monitor, a keyboard, a mouse and up to four USB peripherals. Switching is done by a front-panel push button or the included wired remote controller. The unit supports 4K at 60 Hz and is backward compatible with 4K at 30 Hz, 1080p and 720p. No software drivers are required for Windows, Mac OS or Linux.

Sustained 4K60 operation

The switch maintains a stable 4K 60 Hz signal during extended sessions as long as both connected computers and the monitor support that resolution and HDMI 2.0 cables are used. USB 2.0 peripheral traffic passes through without added latency, so printers, scanners and storage devices remain responsive over long periods. Audio and microphone channels switch cleanly alongside the video and USB paths.
