Three Grip Lengths in One Attachment

This tricep rope combines three adjustable grip positions into a single cable attachment for home or commercial gyms. Users can switch between lower, middle, and upper handles to vary exercise angles without changing equipment. The design is protected by US patent D1018722 S for originality.

Simple Clip-On Installation

The rope connects to any standard cable machine carabiner or loading pin in seconds. No tools or assembly are required beyond clipping the attachment onto the weight stack or functional trainer. The only common issue is ensuring the carabiner gate is fully closed so the rope cannot detach under load.

Verify Cable Machine Compatibility

Confirm your cable system uses a compatible carabiner or connection point that accepts the rope's attachment loop. Check that the machine's cable travel allows the extra rope length to move freely through the full range of motion. Ensure the weight stack or resistance band provides enough tension for your training goals.

Questions about this item

How do I know the three grip positions are engaging correctly during a set?

You will feel the rope length change as you move your hands between the lower, middle, and upper handles, altering the range of motion for push-downs and overhead extensions.

What comes in the package and is any extra hardware needed to attach it to a cable machine?

The package contains the single tricep rope with three integrated grip lengths and neoprene-wrapped handles; it connects directly to a standard cable crossover or lat-pulldown carabiner, so no extra hardware is required.

Which grip length should I choose for maximum tricep stretch on overhead extensions?

Use the upper handle position — the extra-long rope lets you extend farther back and lower deeper, maximising muscle stretch and contraction on every rep.
