Multi-purpose microfibre cloths

This pack contains twelve 16-inch square cloths made from 80 percent polyester and 20 percent polyamide. Each cloth weighs 300 gsm and is designed to lift dirt, grease and oil from automotive, household and office surfaces. They absorb up to eight times their weight in liquid and leave no lint or streaks behind.

Suited for general cleaning tasks

Buyers who need a reusable, machine-washable cloth for windows, paintwork, kitchenware or screens will find these suitable. They are not intended for heavy abrasive scrubbing or industrial degreasing jobs that require specialised chemical-resistant materials.

Capacity and limits

The twelve-cloth pack provides enough pieces to rotate through regular cleaning cycles, and each cloth survives up to one hundred wash cycles without fraying. Absorbency drops if fabric softener or bleach is used, and the thin 0.2-inch profile limits padding for delicate polishing work.

Questions about this item

What size bucket or wash mitt pairs with these 16-inch cloths for car detailing?

The cloths measure 16 inches by 16 inches, so a standard 3.5 to 5-gallon wash bucket and a matching microfiber wash mitt work well for a two-bucket wash.

Can I use these cloths on older clear-coat paint without causing micro-scratches?

The 300 gsm microfiber blend is lint-free and scratch-free, making it safe for delicate or aged clear-coat surfaces when used with a lubricant.

How do I verify the cloths still perform after multiple washes?

After washing up to 100 cycles, the cloths should still absorb eight times their weight in water and leave glass streak-free without lint.
