TRIMACO 12380 Floor Shell 38 in x 100 ft 46 Mil fitness accessory

Floor protection board roll

The Trimaco 12380 Floor Shell is a heavy-duty paper-board roll designed to shield flooring during renovation, moving or fitness-equipment placement. It serves contractors, facility managers and homeowners who need a disposable barrier that unrolls quickly and covers large areas without tape residue.

Practical limits of paper-board protection

The 46-mil thickness resists punctures from dropped tools and moderate foot traffic but will saturate if liquids pool for extended periods. The 38-inch width and 100-foot length suit corridors and open rooms, yet seams must be butted or taped because the material lacks built-in interlocking fasteners.

Build quality and daily handling

Brown kraft board construction tears cleanly across the roll for custom-fit pieces and lies flat without curling at the edges. The dense fibre core withstands repeated rolling and unrolling on site, while the neutral colour hides dust and scuff marks better than lighter sheathing papers.
