Product identity

The Tripp Lite international power cord connects devices that use a non-polarised IEC320 C7 figure-8 inlet to a standard NEMA 1-15P wall outlet. It suits owners of compatible Samsung and LG televisions, Canon printers, Sony speakers and game consoles such as PlayStation 5 or Xbox One S who need a short, angled replacement lead.

Capacity and headroom

Rated at 7 A 125 V and 2.5 A 250 V over 18 AWG conductors, the cord handles typical TV, printer and audio equipment loads without issue. The 0.915 m length provides a tidy reach from outlet to device but will not stretch across a large room or behind deep cabinetry.

Thermals noise and power

Fully moulded connectors and a durable PVC jacket with reinforced strain relief keep the assembly cool and secure during continuous operation. The 90-degree angled plug lies flat against the wall, reducing cable stress in tight spaces while adding no audible noise or measurable heat under normal use.

Questions about this item

Will the 90-degree IEC320 C7 connector clear the rear panel on my Samsung UN55FH6030F TV?

The right-angle C7 plug sits flush against the chassis, so it fits the UN55FH6030F and other listed Samsung models without blocking adjacent ports.

How can I verify the cord is delivering the rated 7 A at 125 V after I plug it in?

The UL and CSA marks are moulded onto the plug body; a secure fit and no warmth at the connectors during operation confirm it is performing to spec.

Does the package include only the 3 ft angled cord or any extra adapters?

The box contains one 3 ft non-polarised angled power cord with IEC320 C7 female to NEMA 1-15P male ends.
