It connects a device or power supply fitted with a C14 inlet to a PDU or UPS that provides a C13 outlet. The cord is built with 16 AWG SJT conductors and a black jacket. It is UL Listed for safety compliance.

The cable handles up to 13 amps across a 100-250 volt range, making it suitable for typical desktop PCs, monitors and network gear.
