DVI-I Dual Link 15 ft Cable

This Tripp Lite cable connects two devices using DVI-I Dual Link male connectors. It carries both digital and analogue video signals over a 15 ft run. The moulded construction protects the terminations during handling. Suitable for monitors, projectors and other audio-video equipment.

Installation and Common Issues

Plug each end into a matching DVI-I port; the connectors are keyed so they only fit one way. No drivers or configuration are required. The main issues are forcing the connector upside-down, bending pins, or exceeding the 15 ft length with signal-degrading extensions.

Capacity and Headroom

The dual-link interface supports higher resolutions and refresh rates than single-link cables. At 15 ft it reliably handles typical desktop resolutions. Very long runs beyond this length or conversions to other interfaces may reduce maximum supported resolution or introduce signal loss.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the dual-link signal is active after connecting the P560-015-DLI?

Open your display control panel and confirm the monitor is running at a resolution that requires dual-link bandwidth; if the image is stable at that setting the cable is working as intended

What comes with the P560-015-DLI and do I need any adapters?

The box contains the 15 ft DVI-I dual-link male-to-male cable only; no adapters are included so buy a DVI-to-HDMI or DVI-to-DisplayPort adapter separately if your source or display lacks a DVI-I port

Should I choose this 15 ft version or a different length for my setup?

Select the 15 ft model when the distance between your graphics card and monitor is close to that length; shorter cables reduce clutter while longer ones add slack for routing around furniture
