12 ft HDMI cable with gripping connectors

This 12 ft high-speed HDMI cable links laptops, tablets, PCs, consoles or media boxes to TVs, monitors or projectors. Male-to-male terminals with a gripping design hold ports firmly to prevent accidental disconnects. It is built for home-theatre, classroom or conference-room installations where a secure 12 ft reach is required.

HDMI 1.3 interface limits

The cable conforms to the HDMI 1.3 specification, so it carries digital audio and video over a single shielded run. Bandwidth caps at the 1.3 level, meaning advanced colour spaces or higher refresh rates defined in later revisions are not supported. EMI and RF shielding reduces interference, but the 1.3 ceiling remains the hard boundary for signal performance.

4K resolution headroom

Maximum supported resolution is 3840 x 2160, delivering 4K picture quality at the refresh rates allowed by HDMI 1.3. This covers most streaming, Blu-ray and console output at 4K, but higher-frame-rate 4K gaming or deep-colour 4K at 60 Hz exceed the available bandwidth. For those scenarios a cable rated to a newer HDMI version is necessary.
