The Tripp Lite SRHANDLE2 is a replacement door lock designed for SmartRack floor-standing enclosures that use compatible door handles. It provides a physical security upgrade for data centres, server rooms or network closets by restricting access to authorised personnel only. Two model-specific keys are included so you can control who enters each rack.

Sustained physical security

Once fitted, the lock secures both front and rear doors continuously without any electronic components that could fail or require power. The mechanical mechanism maintains its integrity through repeated daily use in busy environments. There are no batteries, firmware or software to manage, so the protection remains active as long as the hardware is in place.
