A 12-tooth steel sprocket with a 5/8-inch bore and keyway for 35 chain
The Tritan 35BS12H is a finished-bore sprocket built for single-strand 35 chain. It has 12 teeth, a pitch diameter of 1.449 in and an outside diameter of 1.63 in. A 5/8 in bore with a 3/16 in by 3/32 in keyway and two set screws locks it to the shaft.
This sprocket fits shafts that accept a 5/8 in bore with the listed keyway dimensions. It will not work for multi-strand chain, for larger chain pitches or for shafts that require a different bore size or no keyway.
The 1.449 in pitch diameter and 1.63 in outside diameter suit standard 35 chain loads. The 0.582 in hub projection and 1 1/4 in hub diameter limit how far the sprocket sits on the shaft, so very long hubs or wider chain cannot be accommodated.

The sprocket fits a 5/8 in shaft and includes a 3/16 in wide by 3/32 in deep keyway plus two set screws for secure mounting.
Yes, it is cut for 3/8 in pitch 35 chain with a 1.449 in pitch diameter, so it meshes directly with standard 35 roller chain.
Verify the hub face is flush against the shaft shoulder, both set screws are tight on the key, and the chain runs true on the 1.63 in outside diameter teeth.
