A 12-tooth steel sprocket with a 5/8 in finished bore, keyway, and set screws for 40 chain
This TRITAN sprocket is a finished-bore component with a 5/8 in bore diameter and an integrated keyway. It suits maintenance engineers and machinery builders who need a single-strand drive element for 1/2 in pitch chain.
Verify that the driven shaft measures 5/8 in and accepts a 3/16 in wide by 3/32 in deep keyway. Ensure the hub projection of .591 in and length through bore of 7/8 in fit the available axial space on the assembly.
The steel body and black oxide coating resist wear in power-transmission applications. Two set screws lock the sprocket to the shaft, while the one-sided hub and 1 9/16 in hub diameter keep the 12-tooth profile running true.

The sprocket includes two set screws and a finished bore with a 3/16 in wide by 3/32 in deep keyway already machined, so no separate purchase is needed.
Choose the 12-tooth version when your design requires a 1.932 in pitch diameter and 2.17 in outside diameter; other tooth counts will change both diameters and the speed ratio.
It means the sprocket meshes with ANSI 40 roller chain (1/2 in pitch) while the 5/8 in finished bore with keyway locks onto the shaft, transmitting torque through the key and set screws.
