Steel roller-chain sprocket with 20 teeth, 1 7/16 in finished bore, keyway and set screws for 40-series chain
This Tritan sprocket transfers rotary motion between parallel shafts using ANSI 40 roller chain. It has 20 teeth, a 3.46 in outside diameter and a 3.196 in pitch diameter. The hub measures 2 5/8 in diameter with a .716 in projection and 1 in length through bore. Two set screws secure the hub to the shaft.
The 1 7/16 in finished bore and 3/8 in keyway suit shafts machined to that exact size. Buyers whose shaft diameter differs or who require a larger bore diameter than the 1 7/16 in maximum cannot use this sprocket. It is also unsuitable for multi-strand chain drives or for chain pitches other than 1/2 in.
The sprocket body is steel with a black oxide finish that resists corrosion in typical industrial environments. The one-sided hub design keeps the chain aligned on a single plane. No other surface treatment or material option is offered for this part.

The bore is fixed at 1 7/16 in with a 3/8 in keyway already cut; match your shaft diameter and key size exactly before ordering.
Hub type is one side, so the 0.716 in projection and the two set screws sit on the same face; orient that side toward the shaft shoulder.
Check the black oxide coating and both set screws during routine chain maintenance; retighten screws if vibration loosens them and replace the sprocket when tooth profiles show visible hooking.
