Tritan HCFLU204-12 2 Bolt Flange Bearing Radial collectible

Industrial Flange Bearing for Radial Loads

This new Tritan HCFLU204-12 is a two-bolt flange bearing built for radial ball applications. The cast-iron rhombus housing holds an alloy-steel insert with a 3/4 in cylindrical bore and double seals. It suits maintenance teams and OEMs who need a ready-to-mount unit for conveyors, fans or light machinery.

Temperature and Speed Envelope Fixed by Grease

The NLGI #2 equivalent lubricant sets the operating window from -40 °F to 250 °F. Double seals keep contamination out but also limit maximum speed compared with open or shielded variants. Installers must align the two mounting holes precisely; the fixed expansion type offers no axial float, so shaft growth must be managed elsewhere.

Direct Swap for Worn HC204-12 Inserts

The package includes the HC204-12 bearing insert, so the assembly replaces a failed unit of the same bore and housing pattern without re-drilling. The jump is worth it when the old housing is still true but the insert shows race wear or seal loss. It does not suit applications needing a larger bore, a four-bolt pattern or an expansion-type housing.
