A 12-tooth steel sprocket for 50 chain with a 1 in bore, keyway and set screws
The Tritan 50BS12H sprocket is a finished-bore steel component built for single-strand 50 chain. Its 12-tooth profile and 1-inch bore with a 1/4-inch keyway suit machinery that demands accurate timing and torque transfer.
A 1/8-inch deep keyway mates with a standard key to prevent rotational slip, while two included set screws lock the hub axially on the shaft. The black-oxide finish adds corrosion resistance without altering critical dimensions.
The 2.415-inch pitch diameter and 2.71-inch outside diameter handle moderate loads on 5/8-inch pitch chain. Twelve teeth limit wrap angle, so high-speed or shock-load drives will need a larger sprocket to maintain chain engagement.

The two set screws hold the sprocket on the 1 in bore; check them after the first few hours of operation and then at regular maintenance intervals.
The 2.415 in pitch diameter on the 12-tooth, 50 chain sprocket sets the working circumference that governs chain elongation and tooth wear rates.
The 2 in steel hub with 0.657 in projection and black-oxide finish runs at ambient drivetrain temperature; noise stays at normal chain-mesh level with proper lubrication.
