Finished-bore steel sprocket with 15 teeth, 7/8 inch bore, keyway and set screws for 50 chain
The Tritan 50BS15H is a finished-bore steel sprocket built for 50 chain size with 15 teeth. It features a 7/8 inch bore diameter, a 3.006 inch pitch diameter and a 3.32 inch outside diameter. The hub measures 2 3/8 inches in diameter with a .657 inch projection and a 1 inch length through bore. It includes a 3/16 inch wide by 3/32 inch deep keyway and two set screws for secure shaft locking. The black oxide finish adds corrosion resistance for industrial environments.
This sprocket suits maintenance teams and OEMs replacing worn components on existing single-strand 50 pitch drives where a 7/8 inch shaft is standard. It is not for buyers who need a different bore size, a multi-strand hub configuration or a higher tooth count for altered speed ratios. Applications requiring stainless steel construction or a detachable hub design should look elsewhere.
The supplied keyway and two set screws eliminate the need to source separate locking hardware, reducing assembly time on the shop floor. The fixed bore and one-sided hub keep the drivetrain compact without additional spacers. Black oxide coating protects the steel during storage and initial operation before lubrication takes over.

The sprocket is cut for 50 chain with a 5/8-inch pitch, so your drive must run the same chain size and pitch.
Yes, if the motor shaft is 7/8 inch diameter and has a matching 3/16-inch wide by 3/32-inch deep keyway slot.
Rotate the shaft by hand and watch for wobble; a dial indicator on the tooth tips should show minimal run-out.
