Chain-50 Sprocket with 7/8 in Bore

The Tritan 50BS22H is a finished-bore sprocket designed for single-strand 50 chain with a 5/8 in pitch. It carries 22 teeth on a 4.392 in pitch diameter and 4.72 in outside diameter, fitted with a 3/16 in wide by 3/32 in deep keyway and two set screws.

Verify Shaft and Chain Compatibility

Before ordering, confirm the shaft diameter is exactly 7/8 in to match the fixed bore. Ensure the drive uses 50 chain at 5/8 in pitch and that the 3 in hub diameter and 0.657 in projection clear adjacent components.

Suits Maintenance and OEM Builds

This sprocket suits maintenance teams and OEM builders needing a direct-replacement steel sprocket with keyway and set screws included. It is not for applications requiring a different bore size, multi-strand chain or a hub profile outside the listed dimensions.

Questions about this item

Does the sprocket arrive with the two set screws already provided?

Yes, the package includes two set screws so you can secure it to the shaft without buying extra fasteners.

When should I choose the 22-tooth version instead of another tooth count?

Select the 22-tooth model when your drive ratio calls for a 4.392 in pitch diameter on a #50 chain; fewer teeth give a smaller diameter, more teeth a larger one.

Will the 4.72 in outside diameter clear my existing guards and brackets?

The sprocket measures 4.72 in across the tooth tips, so compare that dimension to the internal clearance of your guards before fitting.
