A steel sprocket with a finished 1 7/16 inch bore, keyway, and two set screws for 60 chain
This finished-bore steel sprocket is built for 60 chain with a 3/4 inch pitch. It targets maintenance crews and OEM builders who need a direct-replacement drive component. The 1 7/16 inch bore and one-sided hub suit fixed-shaft installations.
Black oxide coating adds surface protection against corrosion in industrial environments. A 3/8 inch wide by 3/16 inch deep keyway locks the sprocket to the shaft for positive torque transfer. Two included set screws provide secondary retention without extra hardware sourcing.
The 5.43 inch outside diameter and 5.033 inch pitch diameter match standard 60 chain geometry. Hub projection of .791 inch and 1 1/4 inch length through bore keep the assembly compact on the shaft. Buyers needing a different bore size or multi-strand capacity must select another model.

The 3/8 in wide by 3/16 in deep keyway and two set screws are the only fastening hardware; check both after initial run-in and at regular maintenance intervals.
The 5.033 in pitch diameter and 5.43 in outside diameter define the chain-wrap envelope; chain elongation will exceed sprocket tooth profile before hub stress becomes critical.
The 4 in hub diameter and 0.791 in projection act as the primary heat path; temperature rise depends on chain speed and tension rather than the sprocket alone.
